At Bella Moon Jewellery, each piece is handmade to order with care and intention. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will offer:

• A repair

• A replacement

• Or a refund

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
